Thanks to the various mesh sizes available for the sieve decks, materials can be separated into different particle sizes. If more specific particle sizes are required, our design of the sieve rollers typically allows for adjustments to meet your needs. Additionally, the axial adjustment of the sieve rollers provides another option for fine-tuning the particle size. This allows for precise adaptation of the required grain size for different input materials. This process is further facilitated by the electrohydraulic sieve roller adjustment, which can be quickly and infinitely adjusted via the machine terminal. The axial adjustment of the rollers via the electrohydraulic sieve roller adjustment also offers the possibility of cleaning the spaces between the sieve rollers. This is particularly beneficial when processing sticky materials, as the adhering material can be removed from the rollers. As a result, it ensures that the screening performance and throughput remain consistently high.
