The water spray system in screen deck 1 captures dust directly as it is generated. Contaminants are effectively separated by the coarse-grain conveyors, the extraction system, and the magnetic separator. The high throughput is ensured by the screen decks with screen rollers, as these enable a higher throughput compared to conventional drum screens.
