History
Born out of passion, grown through innovation
2018 // company foundation

In 2018, Richard and Martin Alzinger founded Alzinger Maschinenbau GmbH in Schierling. Their goal: to develop machines for the recycling industry.

2019 // First lepton 5100

The first Lepton 5100 has been successfully completed and is now awaiting its first practical test. The disc separator will be put through its paces under real operating conditions to comprehensively demonstrate its performance and reliability.

2021 // The first machines are exported abroad

The company continues its successful expansion and is increasingly gaining ground in international markets. The Lepton 5100 impresses with its innovative technology and outstanding performance, which are also appreciated abroad. The first machines have already been delivered to Poland, France, and Switzerland, where they have been very well received by customers.

2022 // The first Lepton 5100 on tracks

After numerous customer inquiries, the idea grew to integrate crawler tracks into the Lepton 5100 in addition to road approval with axles. In 2022, the first machine with crawler tracks was completed and delivered to a customer in France.

2022 // The first machine goes to the Netherlands

Word about the advantages of the Lepton 5100 is spreading, and it is gaining increasing recognition in the market. This is reflected in rising demand and the growing popularity of the machines. The Lepton 5100 is now also being used successfully in the Netherlands.

2024 // Commissioning of photovoltaic system

The photovoltaic system has been completed and put into operation. With an output of approximately 1 MWp, it will save around 400 tons of CO annually. This step marks an important milestone in our commitment to sustainable energy production. With the new system, we have not only reduced our ecological footprint, but also made our energy supply future-proof and environmentally friendly.
