The inclination of the two screen decks can be adjusted hydraulically and independently of each other during operation between 3° and 38° in a continuous manner. The steeper the angle, the longer the material remains on the screen decks, which means that the material is spread out more evenly and thus separated more cleanly.

In addition, dense contaminants such as stones or larger pieces of wood can be separated from the main fractions and discharged separately from the machine.

Each screen deck consists of four segments with independently adjustable speeds. During operation, the screen division can be precisely adjusted in three segments per deck by axially shifting every second roller. This mechanism also serves as an effective self-cleaning mechanism, as adhering material is stripped off by the targeted rubbing of the screen discs against each other.

Each machine is based on a uniform, modular base frame. This allows all assemblies and individually configured options to be integrated quickly, flexibly, and easily. Since new developments remain compatible, subsequent adjustments can be carried out in a time-saving and cost-efficient manner. This increases investment security.

The three main fractions are discharged at the rear of the machine in three directions. Various belt configurations allow flexible adaptation to your individual requirements. Different belt designs also allow the transfer heights to be varied so that the material can be transferred directly to downstream machines. In addition, it is possible to combine the fine and medium fractions in the machine to obtain two main fractions.

Zusätzlich zu den Hauptbändern sorgt ein quer durch die Maschine verlaufendes Grobkornband direkt vor den Siebdecks für die Entfrachtung dichter Störstoffe. Steine oder massive Holzstücke, die entgegen der Siebrichtung nach unten beschleunigt werden, lassen sich so effizient aus dem Prozess leiten. Je nach Materialzusammensetzung ermöglicht das zweite Band zudem eine saubere Trennung in zwei spezifische Nebenfraktionen.
